If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date you receive your purchase to return or exchange your purchased item, no questions asked. We want you to enjoy your purchase and experience with us. All orders ship from our studio located in China.
Exchanges & Returns
Making exchanges and returns at Cepearl is easy. If you would like to make an exchange, simply contact info@cepearl.com within 7 days of purchase, we will issue you a prepaid return label. Please use this prepaid label to send your item back to our facilities. At that time, one of our customer service agents will be in touch with you and refund the order. Shipping Within the United States
All orders generally ship within 24 to 48 hours after purchase, but we do our best to get it out sooner. Your order will be shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service) or Fedex Express unless you select an alternative shipping method. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship on the following Monday.

We now ship worldwide! Once your item is in your cart, it will give you an “International Shipping” option that will guide you to input your information as well as cover customs charges depending on your country’s requirements.
All duties and fees related to customs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless you have specified to prepay duties and taxes. Moonglow does not pay for duties owed that will be charged by customs when arriving in your country. All international orders must be placed online. If you attempt to place an international order and your order will not process, please verify your billing, shipping, and credit card information.
